This authentic print is taken from an American Visiting Dress c1830, made from cotton.
The original garment was gifted to the Met Museum in New York by Miss Mildred Natwick in 1941.
It is shown on here on our self stripe cotton voile, but can be printed onto alternative silks or cottons.
Colours may vary slightly on different fabrics. Please request a sample pack if you wish to see printed fabric.
